MTM Muddy Sign Up is LIVE!!! Space is nearly sold out already and I’ve had lot of questions about the program… Here are some answers to some common questions:
– Even if you miss some or ALL of the Coached Saturday Runs this program still has LOTS to offer including Video Assets and detailed programming to get the most out of your training. This is NOT a “run 3 Miles on Tuesday, run 4 Miles on Thursday” style program. We’re training 5 different terrains and 3 energy pathways.
– You DON’T have to do a Tough Mudder or Obstacle Course Race at the end, some of us are, it’s up to you.
