Awesome work by everyone on a tough workout! The door is open more and more as the weather gets better and better!
Classes are filling up and we need your help! Please take extra care when arriving at the gym to make sure you don’t disturb a class that is in the middle of their workout. Please keep the cubbie area organized with bags on the shelves, shoes lined against the walls, and coats hung up. Once you’re changed and ready for your class to start please refrain from wandering around the gym to look at the WOD or grab a lacrosse ball if the class before you is big and still working out – don’t worry, we’ll make sure you’re ready to WOD during the class.
