It’s business as usual at MTM today. We’ve had a couple of really good weeks of WODs, lots of PRs, lots of great performances in The Open, and we’re just about half way on our current “low-key” cycle.
While it might seem like a good time to relax and take it easy – DON’T! Now is the time. Most of our programming is shifted and slightly focused on The Open so now is the time to work that weakness. Now is the time to get strong if you need to. Now is the time to learn that muscle up progression. Now is the time to fix your technique on shoulder to overhead.
Right NOW is the time to pick something and start to work on it. Maybe its strength, skill, metcon, diet, whatever. Pick something and really focus on it for the next 3 weeks.
