Last week saw a big shift in the standings with Team 4 taking 25pts between top finishes and the Throwdown! Current Standings:

**Special Notes**
Seeing as how not many people have bar muscle ups the scoring for this workout and workout options will be a little different. Because of the limited number of Bar Muscle Ups stations (we only have 2) only athletes going fully rx’d will be able to do bar muscle ups. Athletes going Rx’d and making at least 1 Bar Muscle Up will receive 3pts for Rxing instead of the usual 1pt.
