Above all else – Keep Having Fun

This part of the year can be a bit of a stressful time: whether it’s The Open, Kids starting/ending school events, or the back and forth teasing of good and bad weather.

CrossFit shouldn’t add bad stress to your life. Sure you might be anxious about the WOD and I bet you’re dreading that a few lines down you’ll find out we’re doing Fran…but even if that’s the case remember to have fun at it.

CrossFit IS the fun escape you get to have during your day. Leave that other stress that the door. After all the seriousness of striving for PRs and pain and sacrifice we’re really just exercising.
