Most of the time what we do can be really really hard. Just about every CrossFitter is doing things that they once never even believed they could do, sometimes that happens daily, and that can be extremely taxing mentally and physically.
Yesterday was a pretty awesome day. The sun was out, door was open, and everyone was in a good mood. it reminded me that the single most important thing in CrossFit is having fun! If it’s hard and it sucks guess what you’re not going to want to do very often.
So the next time you’re at the gym take a moment and give a smile. Remember to have fun while you’re working out.
