What an amazing week we’ve just finished up! I’m extremely happy with the standards, both movement patterns and ranges of motion, that our athletes at MTM CrossFit upheld during 14.3. I’ve seen a lot of bad looking WOD videos posted online but I’m extremely happy with how we’ve performed through perhaps the most dangerous and easily cheat-able workout of The 2014 Open.

Intermediate Classes
Starting today MTM is offering Intermediate Classes on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 7A and 5:30P. Intermediate Classes are designed to bridge the gap between our Beginner’s Classes and the Normal Group WODs. While they will primarily be made up of recent Beginner Grads the classes will be open to any athlete for as long as they like.

Along with scaled or modified WODs we’ll also cover a considerable amount of hand-on coaching in these classes. Progressions, practice reps, and more will be used in each and every intermediate class to emphasis learning as a natural extension of the Beginner’s Classes.

Comp Work
Rest Day – Realize that 5:30P is going to be occupied on MTR for the next 2 weeks and Everyday during Beginner Weeks.
