We last did this WOD on Feb 29 2012. I had mistakenly cited it as “a special day that comes only once a year.” After lots of thoughtful study and a retaking of preschool it turns out that in fact EVERYDAY comes only once a year! And today is no different, so come in and kncok this out of the park!

Max reps in 2 Min at each station – 30s rest between stations.
