Free Class Saturday at 11AM then 12PM The CrossFit Games Open! If you’re competing tomorrow you should come in, warm up, stretch out, and work on the skills that we’ll cover before the WOD.

WOD
Workout 12.2

10 min AMRAP
30 Snatches at each weight
MEN – 75, 135, 165, 210
WOMEN – 45, 75, 100, 120

Scaled Weights (if you are competing you’ll use the weights above but for others who need to scale for their normal WOD we’ll do that with the numbers below)
MEN – 75, 95, 115, 135
WOMEN – 45, 55, 65, 75

Each Athlete will have 10 min to progress through the ladder as far as possible. 1 Bar is used. Athletes must change their own weights.
