Big thanks to everyone in the 6:30pm class for dealing with the chaos at the beginning of the session. We had several people redoing 14.4 at the last minute. Ultimately it paid off with Jerry Wilson moving up 5 spots to 15th in the world and putting himself in great position for the rest of the competition. Thanks for your understanding!
Nutrition Tip #2
There is not a single nutritional aspect, or performance aspect for that matter, that isn’t effected by water. At 70% of the human body how hydrated you are can lead you to excel or wreck havoc on your system.
1/2oz per pound of body weight plus 16oz for every hour of exercise. Get a calculator out and then some measuring cups. It’s probably a lot more than you’re currently drinking.
A dehydration of just 1% can lead to as much as an 11% drop in physical capacity. On 14.4 that would be as much as 2 muscle ups at the end.
