5 Waiter’s Walks
**Split Work Evenly, except for the waiter’s walks
**Each Team gets priority to just one bell, plan accordingly
**THe KB Sit Up is just like the Plate Atomic Sit up, Bell starts overhead on the ground, lift and press up as you sit up to a vertical position.
