We had some amazing PR’s yesterday in the 1RM Sumo Deadlift. Several women pulled over 200lbs for the very first time with multiple 10+lb PRs. On the guy’s side Drew PR’d by 30lbs! Nice work everyone!
3 Snatches (As Heavy As Possible)
Today we’ll spend a pretty significant amount of time working up to a heavy snatch prior to the WOD. For the WOD we’ll use a weight that is very challenging for 3 Reps, it should not be touch and go.
