Welcome to a brand new week! Open Scores need to be submitted by Tuesday night, We’ll have the overall Intramural Results on Wednesday.
Another Open Season is behind us and that gives us time to reflect and ask what’s next for us? Were you happy with how the workouts went? Were you able to go Rx’d on most of them? If not, why not? What held you back or made the workout particularly slow?
Do you need more strength? Bigger Lungs? Were your gymnastics skills lacking? Now is the time to reflect on how the Open went and make a plan to get better.
