Partner holds bottom of a squat OR Wall-Facing Handstand
In this spin on a classic CrossFit benchmark teams of 2 will complete “The Chief”. The working partner will do a 2 full rounds of Power Cleans, Push Ups, and Air Squats while the non-working partner holds EITHER the bottom of a squat OR a Wall-Facing Handstand. At the end of each round partners will switch positions.
