Sign Up for MURPH this Saturday the 18th. Heats starting at 9:00AM
Most of you know already I’m having minor surgery on Tuesday and will be out recovering for the rest of the week. There will be NO Change to the weeks schedule. Our amazing coaches will be covering every time slot. That said most of the Open Gym times will be unsupervised. I appreciate your understanding and your wisdom to lift carefully during these times.
The only change during this week is to athletes wishing to renew their membership with a credit card – either find me today or wait till next Monday to swipe your card – coaches will be able to collect your dues in Cash or Check form.
