Free Class Saturday at 11AM Come see what CrossFit is all about!
Today will be a little bit different: today is “Open Day”. Today we’ll be running the workout like an Open WOD. after warming up and going through the movements we’ll break the class into 2 heats. As the first heat goes the 2nd heat will act as their judge to make sure that each rep is full range, they do all the reps, and to cheer on their athlete. After the first heat is done the rolls will reverse and the second heat will workout.

10 Deadlifts (115/75)
15 Box Jumps (24/20)
