Welcome to the end of the week and the beginning of a BUSY weekend! We’ll have our 11AM Free Class tomorrow and then move everything next door to our new space afterwards. At the 11AM we’ll run a “Free Class” style WOD for any new/beginner athletes and then we’ll run heats of The MTM CrossFit WOD that we performed during our Grand Opening. Everyone is welcome to participate in either event (The MTM WOD is Wall Climbs, Clean and Jerks, Burpees, Pull Ups, Push Ups, and Wall Balls). Afterwards we’ll be having a palo picnic at Kim’s at 6:30p.
Other Dates to keep in Mind:
May 20 – 9AM – Train with the trainer’s – Starting new we’ll be having an advanced WOD on Sunday’s with the trainers. This WOD must be done rx.d.
May 26 – 12PM – Paleo talk – We’ll be starting a Paleo Challenge June 1st (more details to follow) and this talk will go over principles of Paleo and the structure of the challenge.
May 27 – 9AM – The HAMMY WOD
Jun 2 – 1PM – MTM CrossFit Firebreather Challenge.
Jun 8 – All Day – CrossFit for Hope
