Murph is going down this Saturday We’ll open the gym at 9AM and get heats started at 9:30. Come in and throwdown in this epic workout in honor of all of those who’ve lost their lives serving our country.
MTM Fitness Open House Saturday from 1-3PM. Come see the new space, play with some equipment, do a quick workout. This casual event is for experienced athletes to see what’s going on at our new location. We’ll have a Grand Opening for the general public to get information in a week or two.
