Free Class Saturday at 11AM Come see what CrossFit is all about before our June 2nd Beginner’s Classes start!
– We’ll be doing Murph on Saturday at 9AM.
– Murph is 1mi Run, 100 Pull Ups, 200 Push Ups, 300 Squats, 1mi Run
– Yes, of course you can scale.
– You are allowed to break up the bodyweight movements however you want. Many people do 20 Rounds of 5 Pull Ups, 10 Push Ups, 15 Squats.
– Everyone, regardless of membership, is welcome to come do Murph.
