The end of a great week heading into a great weekend! Remember: MTM will be holding a Paleo info session and bodyfat testing at 12PM tomorrow (Saturday). Then the Hammy WOD is at Kent starting at 9AM Sunday (there will be no ‘train with the trainers’). And finally the Grace Race 5K and fitness challenge is on Monday at 8AM.
Final thoughts: HYDRATE! Your body needs water to stay hydrated. Not soda, pop, tequila, or coffee. Half your bodyweight in ounces. A 1% state of dehydration results in a 10-12% loss of physical performance.
