Beginner’s Classes start June 2nd. We’re making some changes to the scheduling: Beginner’s will now run M-F for 1 week at 7AM or 6:30PM. We’ll also be starting Beginner’s Classes twice a month on the 1st and 3rd Friday.
MTM Fitness will be holding the same WODs at 5:30A and 6PM each day. These WODs will be the same as what MTMCF is doing that day and coached by the same L1 CrossFit coaches who run workouts at MTM CrossFit. Every active member of MTMCF is welcome to stop in and WOD at MTM Fitness for free.
Starting June 2nd MTM Fitness will be rolling out new programs and hours. Keep your eyes open for more details!
