The final weekend of Regionals kicks off today with NorCal, North East, South West, and Africa finishing up the qualification process. By Monday we’ll know who’s going to be competing in July!

100 Power Cleans (135/95)
80 Shoulder to Overhead (same weight)
50 Muscle Ups (or Bar Muscle Ups)
Total work can be split, partitioned, anyway. The team can go back and forth finishing all 100 power cleans before moving on OR they can do 10 Rounds of 10 power cleans, 8 overheads, 5 muscle ups OR any other method that completes the total number of reps.
**Muscle Up Scales: Bar Muscle Ups can be scaled 1-to-1 for Ring Muscle Ups. Ring Muscle Up Transitions may be scaled with the usual 2 ring rows and 1 transition per Muscle Up. Banded muscle ups are 1-to-1. Pull Ups (as a final scaling option) must be 2 times.
