We’ve got a ton of new and exciting stuff coming up in the next couple of weeks:
– Specialty strength programs along with a Tough Mudder prep program
– Transitioning to new and more effective membership software
– Better defining what each of our goals are and mapping out plans to get there
– Better defining our process for bringing new members into CrossFit.
– Better explaining how and why we do what we do.
That last one is huge. CrossFit works and that’s cool but why does it work? Why do we program what we do and why is it important to do specific workouts? Knowing these things will help you decide if you should add something to you your daily activity, make up a workout you missed, and help you choose things to do during Open Gym times.
