Great start to the week yesterday with some heavy squats and hang power cleans.
Only YOU control how much effort you give when you walk in the door. When we enter MTM we are all carrying some sort of baggage: Bad day at work, kids kept you up all night, that persistent shoulder tweak, whatever. In that moment when we walk through the door none of it matters anymore.
All that matter is the effort YOU put forward today.
As coaches all that we can ask is that you give 100% of whatever you’ve got. If that’s squatting an empty bar. Awesome! If that’s winning the whiteboard, Awesome!
MTM is a place for everyone at every level as long as you put in a true and honest EFFORT.
