Saturday now has 2 class times: 10AM normal WOD and an 11AM FREE Class. The 10AM WOD will be a normal part of our training cycle and include advanced movements and relatively high capacity for experienced CrossFitters while the Free Class will remain relatively basic and scalable for ANYONE to participate in. Each WOD will be different so If you’d like to do both you’re more than welcome to.
