Just over 6 weeks ago we started a series of changes at MTM. Most notably we have more coaches, more classes, and a huge new door into our expanded gym. We also started to work more methodically with regards to programming. Everything in CrossFit is measured and that means we can see how our training is improving us. Today starts a week of re-testing the benchmarks we set down 6 weeks ago. Time to see how we did.
