Free Class Saturday at 11AM

Barbells for Boobs is going down Saturday at 10AM. Sign Up and Join the MTM CrossFit Team to donate or donate cash at the gym! Come help support examinations for low-income populations and save boobs. It’s important.

It’ been a really great week! The biggest weekly attendance all year, PRs made by dozens of people, the MTMStrong Class is wrapping up, and an awesome effort being made by all. Let’s keep this up!

**These work periods, movements, and weights look pretty easy. The goal here is to push as absolutely hard as you can – 10 Rounds in some of these is very possible, but it will hurt.
