Yesterday’s results were a little less impressive than the Squats were on Monday. Many people hit PRs in their Snatch while others missed by just a few pounds. Valuable data was collected and it will help to direct where our programming goes from here. Mostly we learned that doing a 1RM snatch a day after Diane is pretty sucky (Official crossFit Term).
In Prep for today I’ve decided to move things around to help our performances. We were going to Clean and Jerk a 1RM, instead we’ll do that Thursday so today is just a WOD and some mobility and we’ll be introducing some cooling down into our WOD format as well.
