Classes are getting busy and new we’ve got a lot of new and old faces coming in every day. It’s time that we start putting a more strict cap on banded stretching to keep the classes on time and ensure that everyone has adequate time for a full and complete workout experience.
You should be able to hit a distracted Sampson Stretch, 10 Flosses, then 30 Hamstring Flosses on each leg and then whatever shoulder prep you want within 8 minutes of the start of class. At 8 minutes from the start of class everyone will put their bands away.
I can assure you that daily banded stretching, while a good habit, is not making or breaking your WOD. If you come in late don’t expect to be able to grab a band and get a full routine in, just choose what is tightest and most important to work on and stretch that out. If you choose to talk and change your shoes and go to the bathroom don’t also assume that you get more time to stretch.
Thanks for helping keep the classes on schedule!
