When it’s all said and done we’ll have raised $1180 at Amazing Grace this past weekend. Thank you to everyone who came and donated, I am continually amazed at the generosity of this community, Way to go MTM! Several people PR’d their grace including Melissa and Abby going Sub 3 min for the first time and Nate going sub 2 min!

Saturday Dec 8th We’ll be having a Team Competition with our friends at CrossFit Utility. Teams of 4 (2M/2W) with 2 divisions so anyone, ANYONE, can participate. More details to follow. It’s going to be a great time.
