It’s been a cold, rainy, and generally miserable week. You’ve all had time to adjust, except our Floridian friends who will simply NEVER adjust, now it’s time to get back to training. Hours are changing on Monday: 5:45A, 7A, 11A, 4:30P, 5:30P, 6:30P, 7:30P. We’ll have new programming with a OPEN GYM times – AND – we’ll be launching a system to help you reach your goals.

It might seem like a lot of things going on right now but all you have to do is keep showing up and putting in work.
