1RM Squat Snatch

if you can’t catch a Snatch in the bottom (and I mean the absolute bottom position not just as far down as you’re comfortable catching it) then don’t do this. Instead work your back, hip, and ankle mobility and write a letter to Santa asking for a pair of weightlifting shoes. Remember, every time you power snatch for a 1RM God kills a kitten – don’t be a murderer!
