Thanksgiving WOD – By popular demand we’ll have 1 WOD at 8AM on Thanksgiving. This will be a tough, cold, miserable WOD and you should instead stay home, rest, recover, and be with family. But, if you really can’t help yourself, that time will be available. Normal Schedule Friday and Saturday.

Burpees (Lateral Over Bar)
In this combination of 12.2 and 12.1 you’ll Snatch 30 reps and change your own plates for 10 Min then at 10 Min go straight into a 7AMRAP of Burpees – we won’t do them to a target, instead we’ll lateral over the bar. Wait, Dmace, isn’t this like a broken up version of that TERRIBLE WOD we did 2 weeks ago with the Burpees and Snatches? Why yes it is because they combined the first two WODs from the 2012 Open for the first WOD of the 2013 Open – imagine how please and happy everyone was at the announcement!
