Another testing day down, another whiteboard full of PRs! Proving that consistency and hard work are the backbone of results.

Free Class Saturday at 11AM

I’ve been getting a lot of questions about what we’re going to work on next cycle. Well, we’re moving out of our strength building, which we’ve been on for 3 1/2 months, and moving into our Speed Strength focus. That means that we’ll be shifting away from building absolute strength and towards doing more reps faster. We’ll focus more on Olympic lifts (which actually make you better at EVERYTHING) and gymnastics movements. We’ll also be entering a new squat cycle and focusing on DIET.
