Very tough WOD yesterday, Today we’re doing a Not For Time as a recovery so you can hit Thursday and Friday hard.
Saturday at 10AM – Barbells for Boobs! We’ll be doing Amazing Grace (30 Clean & Jerks at 135/95) come by, donate, crush the WOD and show your support. You can register and donate online or you can donate cash/check to MTM and we’ll send it through to them.
