Hang Power Clean, Squat Clean & Jerk 7×2+1 OTM
– You will perform 1 Hang Power Clean by Deadlifting to the waist and redipping, then without dropping the bar you will perform a full Squat Clean from the ground and 1 Split Jerk – for 7 Min On the Min.
