30 Double Unders
10 Muscle Ups

If you can do Muscle Ups, do them. If 10 is a big number scale the number of reps down to as few as 3 or 4. If you’re close on Muscle Ups make 3 attempts in your first round before moving down to transitions. If you are no where close to Muscle Ups do transitions.
