I am extremely happy with how yesterday’s Squatting and WOD went! Several of you came armed with percentages figured out, weights known, and an open mind as we start testing this new lifting cycle – And while the day was not without it’s math and loading errors, generally speaking it went great.
Over the next several weeks we’ll continue to follow a Hatch Squat lifting cycle increasing both percentage and reps at least once a week. Then we’ll retest our 3RM back squat to see how the program has worked.
Today we were supposed to (finally) do our tie-breaker with APC but there’s been a delay in getting the programming out so we’ll have to push it to next week. *frown*
