Teams of 2

5 AMRAP
5 Power Cleans (155/105)
4 Push Ups
3 Burpees
2 Push Jerks
1 Squat Snatch

Rest 1 Min and Repeat.
Complete your reps then rest as your partner completes theirs. So 5 Power Cleans then partner does 5, 4 Push Ups then Partner does 4, etc.

Smolov – 2/3 – HBBS – 8×4 – 75% of 1RM
