So some of you were a little bit fooled by yesterday’s posted WOD on this site, and I’m a little bit sorry about that, but weren’t those burpees you did instead fun? As a point of reference: if the posted WOD looks stupid easy… it’s probably a fake.

WOD

Open WOD 11.6

7AMRAP
Thrusters (100/65)
Chest to Bar Pull Ups
3/6/9/12/15/(x+3)

In this WOD each round is 3 more reps than the round before it for 7 total minutes.

Nate crushed everyone on both parts of yesterday’s WOD with 100 Burpees in 4:49 and 245lbs overhead. Nice work!
