Free Class Saturday at 11AM Come try CrossFit for FREE then sign up for our Beginner’s Classes starting Monday at 6:30PM.

This has been an extremely awesome week. First of course is that it’s already Friday because of the Monday holiday. But more importantly we’ve seen a TON of PRs this week. Benchmark WODs, Strength Lifts, everything is going up in the right direction! We’ll be starting a nutrition challenge in just over 10 days that will last for a simple short 4 weeks. This weekend we’ll release some new details about this challenge along with some resources. Then we’ll have a team meeting next Saturday at 9AM. Don’t worry if you can’t make it, we’ll have all the resources and info post up online as well.
