Today is the final day of Testing rounding out our 6 week cycle. The results have been extremely positive! 80% of athletes who retested Cindy hit a PR yesterday, who would’ve thought that working on Grip Strength, Burpees (push ups), and getting a stronger squat would improve a bodyweight 20 min WOD? (If you answered Dmac did, then you were correct).
Well done everyone! Today is the final test, enjoy this one, make the most of every hopefully sub 3min moment of it.
