Welcome to a brand new week! Last weeks testing week had some pretty impressive results – Big Back Squat PRs, Snatch PRs, Lots of Cindy and Fran PRs! Great work. This week we’ll be primarily taking it easy. Not that the WODs will be easy but we’ll just be hanging out taking a break from our structured program which will resume next week.
Pressing Strength, Pull Ups, Muscle Ups, Butterfly Pull Ups, Power Cleans, and high intensity intervals are all on the list of things we’ll be working toward in our next training cycle. Loving the squat and wanting more? No worries, we’ll have a short Hatch cycle programmed for Comp Work following a brand new squat program that most people haven’t done.
